Feel like I’ve found a gem in Marc’s garage. Genuinely a very trustworthy and reliable garage. Can’t recommend them enough.

Fantastic customer service from Amanda and the team along with expert knowledge, even taking the time to show me the fault cause. Fixed the issue with my vehicle at a low cost and provided a courtesy car for the period they had my vehicle for. Will absolutely be using Marc’s Garage for all my future vehicle maintenance and/or repairs.

First time I have used Marcs garage and it was a good choice. Not only did they diagnose and repair a very problematic issue, the price was very reasonable. The thing that makes Marcs garage stand out to me above others is the level of customer service and frequent communication. I just felt bad having the courtesy car for so long!

Just had a major B service on my Mercedes C180, plus an auto gearbox service. I was very impressed to learn that the torque converter in the gearbox is also drained when servicing unlike the practice of most garages ! Sarah on reception is very efficient friendly and knowledgeable and l have no hesitation in recommending this garage whatsoever. Rob Parkes.

well I had my car serviced here because they offered me the same service plan for my Mercedes but where 50% cheaper than Marshall Mercedes Blackpool. I can't fault them. a free courtesy car too. it was hassle free. Thank you for looking after my car . well done Amanda I will see you next year.

It’s always a bitter sweet leaving a review for somewhere that has sent me a huge bill lol. But in all seriousness I was expecting a lot of work due to the car I recently purchased. Amanda was great to deal with and nothing was too difficult. Booked in very quick and job done within no time at all. Will be my local garage for the foreseeable I think. Thanks.

I can highly recommend Marc’s Garage, I’ve always found the service to be very efficient and helpful, they keep you posted throughout the day when your car is in for a service and check costs with you before commencing work. Fantastic first experience at Marc’s Garage with my Audi A1. All the staff I dealt with were amazing. Kept me up to date throughout the MOT and service. Superb customer service. I used them last year but then moved from the area. I was so impressed I have continued to use them. Courtesy car provided, but the best bit is the dialogue with them, letting me know of issues and costs etc. Sarah, the Receptionist is ace! Knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Marc’s have maintained my 4 Series from new with excellent prompt & courteous service using genuine parts. The onboard BMW diagnostics are correctly reset, and full manufacturer’s warranty remains at much more competitive rates than main dealers, in a friendly, accessible town centre location. Courtesy car also available. Highly recommended! 😀

Marc’s garage are half the price of the main Mercedes dealers, way more polite, welcoming and professional. They use genuine Mercedes parts, oils and update the official Mercedes systems which keep your warranty intact. I’m using them from now on as they give peace of mind when buying a Mercedes. Very pleased with the service last week. Brought our LR discovery sport in for some diagnostic work and this was carried out to an excellent standard.
