Our car was off the road and needed a new elecrical component replacement. This particular part was very hard to get hold of as there are many failing on land rovers and jaguars creating huge demand. First time I have used Marcs garage and it was a good choice. Not only did they diagnose and repair a very problematic issue, the price was very reasonable. The thing that makes Marcs garage stand out to me above others is the level of customer service and frequent communication. I just felt bad having the courtesy car for so long!
Just had a major B service on my Mercedes C180, plus an auto gearbox service. I was very impressed to learn that the torque converter in the gearbox is also drained when servicing unlike the practice of most garages ! Superb customer service. I used them last year but then moved from the area. I was so impressed I have continued to use them. The onboard BMW diagnostics are correctly reset, and full manufacturer’s warranty remains at much more competitive rates than main dealers, in a friendly, accessible town centre location.
